If you're looking for an acoustic singer Matt is your guy! My husband and I booked in Matt for our wedding in Queenstown. I always knew what song I wanted to walk down the aisle to but organising our wedding from overseas, I was so nervous about booking in a vendor that I hadn't seen in person. However, as soon as i reached out to Matt, he instilled so much confidence and was a pleasure to chat to. He sent through a demo of the song and worked with me to ensure the timings of the song worked perfectly.

I have zero regrets, just that we were so busy on the day that we didn't get to meet to thank Matt in person! A big thank you, we had multiple guests as for your details the next day.

They managed all the music on our wedding from me walking down the aisle, to our first dance and a killer party at the end of the night. They had everyone on the dance floor!

Matt and I could never put into words how much Coachella's support over the last year to 18 months has meant. Three date changes, a lockdown, trying to get out of fort Auckland for us, a pretty insane mountain bike accident… they were there for it all and we felt like nothing was ever an issue and they were on our side the whole time!

Our guests have all commented that they think the Coachella guys were quite possibly one of the best bands they have ever heard live.

I'm pretty sure I never left the dancefloor for a solid two hours!! I didn’t think there was such a thing as the wedding come down but there definitely is, so much so we are already planning when we can have our next party that the guys can play at!

We had Matt and Coachella play our wedding on the Coromandel. Everything was spot on from Matt’s solo acoustic set during canapés, then the full band after dinner.

They’re absolute professionals- easy communication and punctual, judge their crowd perfectly, hit every note, and had great energy that got the whole crowd dancing. We were more than happy and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Wow Coachella was so incredible and everyone keeps asking us where the band was from because they did such a great job. Nobody wanted them to leave and did so well with every song they played! Pretty sure we had every guest dancing.

I had Coachella sing at my wedding in Queenstown in January 2020. I had first made contact with Matt about a year before the event and requested all of my songs. Matt was prompt at returning emails and answering my many questions.

Matt recorded various versions of the songs I requested and emailed them to me for my approval- I also requested a slight lyric changes in my first dance song which they did effortlessly. Organising the music for my wedding with Coachella was easy and carefree.

On the wedding day: The group started before the ceremony (2:30ish) and played right up until our first dance, at about 7ish. During their short breaks they had their playlist on so that there was never a time without music.

Coachella was so professional and polite I just wish I had the group stay for the entire evening. All of my family and friends raved about the group and I just could not recommend them highly enough!

Coachella performed at our end of year function in 2019, and were absolutely fantastic. The band are really talented performers, and played a great range of tunes that had everyone up and dancing the whole night. They were very easy to deal with and flexible around set up and finish times (we had to ask them to extend their set over an hour because everyone was loving it so much!).

Anyone that is looking for a great band for their function need look no further, we couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

These guys were amazing, great music and lovely people - perfect for our agency’s Christmas Party.

We will have them back in the near future for sure.
